Everyone is welcome at our B:Music venues, we're doing everything we can to make life easier for customers with additional access needs.

We're partnered with Nimbus Disability, a social enterprise run by and for disabled people, and a leading authority on meeting accessibility needs in live events.

We've moved our B:Music Access Registration Scheme to the Nimbus Access Card meaning registered users will be able to book online including:

- Seeing and booking wheelchair spaces

- Booking free essential companion tickets

- Easier access to appropriate seats for captioned & BSL interpreted events

- Relevant discounts based on your needs

Registration is simple, valid for 3 years and is completely free.

When your application has been successfully processed, you can add your B:Music account details (if you don't already have one there's a link to create at the top of every B:Music web page).

We will pull your requirements directly from Nimbus. Then when you book online seats associated to your requirements will show automatically on the seating plans where there is availability.

Once you have registered, logged in and linked you're set to book!

The Nimbus Access Card

You can upgrade your free registration to a full Access Card application, it costs £15 and is valid for 3 years. You can find out more information on The Access Card provided by Nimbus here.

The full card provides you with the same benefits as the free registration, as well as:

• Recognised at 2.5k venues across the UK & beyond
• Potential free companion tickets at events and venues across the UK
• Receive a Photo ID card with symbols relating to accessibility needs
• Informative online access directory
• Access to a closed Facebook Community group
