Join us for an evening of fantastic music provided by the B:Music Workplace Voices. This summer celebration is a chance for this passionate group of singers to showcase their repertoire and share their joy of singing with the audience. You’ll hear a mix of songs you know, whilst enjoying beautiful new arrangements and discovering new favourites.

Originally formed at Birmingham City Council for the BBC Two TV show ‘The Choir; Sing While You Work’ with Gareth Malone, our Workplace Voices are an accessible and welcoming choir with membership open to anyone who works in Birmingham. The ambition of the group and our wider workplace singing network, is to promote the incredible wellbeing benefits of being in a choir and to encourage as many people as possible to give it a try. In this special summer concert, the Workplace Voices will be joined by BIMM Birmingham Choir.

BIMM Birmingham Choir have a long relationship with B:Music and are a fresh, energetic group bringing a contemporary sound to traditional Gospel, with each member studying at BIMM Institute Birmingham. The choir has members from all walks of life, each with a story to tell that is expressed through the repertoire chosen from re-arranged traditional Gospel to contemporary inspirational songs. The choir were finalists in BBC’s Gospel Choir of the Year and appeared Jools’ Holland Christmas Special. Their powerful vocals will move, inspire and delight you.
