Since bursting into the charts with huge tracks ‘Leave A Light On’ and ‘Just You And I’ Tom Walker has achieved some incredible milestones from winning a Brit Award, selling out shows across the globe as well as performing with The Princess Of Wales in Westminster Abbey where she joined Tom on piano for a memorable version of his track ‘For Those Who Can’t Be Here’.
