B:Music is moving towards full digital ticketing for all events and from April 3rd 2023 we will no longer post physical tickets unless requested by the customer. Digital ticketing allows instant delivery of ticket purchases and helps us to minimise our environmental impact by reducing our use of paper tickets and the wider carbon footprint associated with postal delivery. We appreciate that some customers may still prefer to receive physical tickets by post and we have therefore retained the option to select this at checkout at a cost of £2.00 per order.
Find the event you want to attend and click Book Now button on the listing page. You will then be able to select seats and add them to your basket.
All ticket prices include a per ticket commission unless otherwise stated. This is waived for B:Music Patrons, and if you book a package of 3 or more classical concerts, So remember to log in to your account before making your purchase. If you choose to receive your tickets by post, a £1.50 postage fee will apply.
Please note: every member of the audience over the age of 18 months must possess a valid ticket. (It is fine for older children to sit on the lap of an adult, however if they are over 18 months old they still require a ticket.)

B:Music offers Ticket Protection to protect your transaction through the provider Ticket Plan. This is not an insurance policy. For a fraction of the cost of your tickets, it allows you to re-coup 100% of the paid ticket price (including per ticket commission) if you are unable to make it to your event. Please see below downloads for the full terms and conditions. Any refund will be managed by Ticket Plan Group on behalf of B:Music. To purchase simply:
1. Select the event you wish to attend and choose your seats
2. If ticket protection is available for this event the Ticket Protection page will appear with the correct number of tickets selected. Click ‘Add to basket’ followed by ‘Continue to basket’
3. Click ‘Checkout’ and complete your purchase
How do I claim a refund?
Visit www.ticketplangroup.com/refund-application-form and complete an online refund application form or write to Ticket Plan at TicketPlan Administration Service, Leigh House, Broadway West, Leigh On Sea, Essex, SS9 2DD in order to request a refund application form as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of circumstances that may lead you to request a refund.
