A new Auri ™ assistive listening system has been installed in Symphony Hall, providing a more accessible and enjoyable listening experience.

The system uses Auracast™ technology to deliver direct and clear audio to users inside the auditorium.

Visitors can connect to the system using one of our dedicated receivers, suitable for hearing aid users with a T-coil. We can also provide headphones for those without compatible hearing aids. Visitors with Auri ™ enabled devices can connect directly.

This update reflects our commitment to accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring that everyone can enjoy and participate in the wide range of events at Symphony Hall.
