Production Coordinator (Fixed Term)

Join the team behind Birmingham’s most iconic music venues – Symphony Hall and Town Hall. We’re looking for a proactive Production Coordinator to help deliver a wide range of events, with a focus on our foyer spaces and internal activity.
You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure events are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to a high standard. From concerts to corporate hires, your coordination skills will help bring each event to life.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in concert or event management, or a background in live arts/theatre
- An understanding of technical areas such as lighting, sound or rigging
- Strong organisational and admin skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence handling multiple relationships and working with budgets
- Great communication skills and a collaborative approach to work
- IT literacy, ideally with experience in systems like Artifax, Capsule or YesPlan
