Are you tech-savvy, solutions-focused, and ready to keep the show running behind the scenes at two of Birmingham’s most iconic venues—Symphony Hall and Town Hall? We’re looking for an IT Assistant to be the first point of contact for all things IT, ensuring smooth operations both in front of the stage and behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
🎧 Keeping the service desk clear by troubleshooting hardware and software faults
🎧 Proactively maintaining IT infrastructure to prevent downtime
🎧 Managing user accounts and permissions
🎧 Monitoring system performance and keeping backups solid
🎧 Supporting IT projects and rolling out new tech
🎧 Providing occasional out-of-hours support (because the music never stops!)
