About The Useless Hotline

Age  14+ (Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult 18+). The show content is not appropriate for younger children.

Launched in November 2022, The Useless Hotline shot straight to the top of the charts and has since become the internet’s favourite advice show that admits it probably can’t fix your problems.

It's a place to send your queries and dilemmas no matter how big, small, weird, or embarrassing. Each Sunday, TikTok sensations-turned-hosts Max Balegde and George Clarke invite listeners to unload their strangest questions and everyday crises, then offer half-serious advice wrapped in full-blown comedic chaos.

Famous friends, from JoJo Siwa to Katherine Ryan, regularly clock in for a “trial shift,” making sure no topic is off-limits, and no solution is too ridiculous. What the hotline lacks in practicality it makes up for in laughter, leaving callers (and hundreds of thousands of weekly listeners) feeling gloriously seen, even if nothing is actually solved.
