BBC Radio 3’s Friday Night is Music Night comes to Birmingham Symphony Hall for a special celebration marking 50 years of Queen’s legendary album, A Night at the Opera, which brought ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ into the world.

Queen at the Opera celebrates the links between classical music, Freddie Mercury, opera and Queen. This unmissable concert brings together the mighty forces of the BBC Concert Orchestra, their Principal Guest Conductor Edwin Outwater and top singers from a variety of musical worlds for an unforgettable night of rock and opera’s greatest anthems.
