Child policy:
Children are welcome to attend the ceremony, but we advise that ceremonies traditionally last approximately 1.5-2 hours and, in our experience, this may not always be a suitable event for small children who may become restless during proceedings.

Every member of the audience over the age of 18 months must possess a valid ticket. (It is fine for older children to sit on the lap of an adult, however if they are over 18 months old, they still require a ticket.)
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Entering the student ID number as booking reference:
We ask that the student ID number is entered at the point of booking. Any bookings made without the student number or using any different number will be automatically cancelled and a new booking will need to be made (subject to availability).

General Information regarding ticket eligibility:
Only 4 guest tickets are allowed per graduate in the initial sale period.
Any purchases over the 4-ticket maximum in the initial booking stage will be cancelled.
