BIMM at B:Eats: November

Past event

This event took place:

24 Nov - 13 Nov 2025

Overview

We're delighted to welcome some of the talented BIMM Birmingham students studying modern music to entertain you while you enjoy lunch at B:Eats

Daisy Peacock

“Early Taylor Swift vibes with a fresh and exciting edge!” (Bruadarach Music)

Daisy Peacock is a rising UK indie pop artist, making fun, witty, and heartfelt pop music - for fans of Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter and Alessi Rose. Her debut single “You Don’t Want Me Enough” landed her top 10 spots in Song Academy’s Young Songwriter Competition 2024 and Citrus Records’ Songs of the Year, and this summer Daisy debuted at Tramlines and YNOT festivals.

Maariyaj Khan

Maariyah Khan is a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer from Derby. She found her place in music, growing up with her parent’s eclectic music collection ranging from The Kinks and Fugees to Pet Shop Boys. These all contributed to her unique vocal tone and distinctive writing style, ultimately culminating in the unique pop-jazz sound of her debut album “Nawab”, released June 2024. All 14 tracks on this album were written, composed, performed and produced by Maariyah.

George Dillon

George Dillon is a DIY indie-rock artist. He records all of his songs in his bedroom/bathroom/or in cheap rehearsal spaces. In a live setting, his songs take on a different atmosphere - expect more noise!
