An End To Be Proud Of
B:Music invites members from the LGBTQ+ community to open up conversations about death, ageing and dying well through song writing, poetry and performance.
Join us in a series of creative workshops led by artists and facilitators from the LGBTQ+ community and our partners at Birmingham Hospice; each a relaxed café atmosphere discussion and information sharing led by experts.
Artists will join the workshops and take inspiration from the conversations to create songs, poems and musical pieces. Participants are encouraged to create their own poetry or songs to express their experiences and feelings with help from artists.
Participants will also be given the opportunity to create their own pieces of expression that they can share at the final showcase during LGBTQ+ History Month 2024.
All members of the LGBTQ+ community are welcome. You can book one, two, or all workshops as you feel suits your needs.
Booking will open soon
We have had to postpone the sessions starting in September 2023 and will have new dates shortly. We will be in touch with everyone who has booked the workshops. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
