Tea and Jam

Taking part in music making activities can improve wellbeing and combat isolation. We want to allow as many people as possible to enjoy shared experiences.

Our Tea and Jam sessions are completely free to attend and are an opportunity to make friends, have fun and develop new skills. No previous musical ability is needed, and sessions will include a mix of singing and percussion. Our expert music leaders thoroughly enjoy helping the group to grow in confidence.

Tea & Jam are music making sessions, open to adults in Birmingham and the West Midlands who have an interest in connecting with members of the community through their love of music. You don't need to have any experience of playing music to attend - we welcome all abilities. Our sessions are a perfect opportunity to make new friends and enjoy the shared experience of making music with others!

Tea and Jam sessions take place twice a month, Thursdays 12-1.30pm
