Welcome to the new Winter programme 2025/26 at B:Music! Including comedy, live music, dance and spoken word on our two world famous stages!
November welcomes an exciting and varied line-up, from the world’s leading Pink Floyd tribute act, The Australian Pink Floyd, to Justin Hayward of The Moody Blues. The live music continues into December, with Gareth Malone and The Bootleg Beatles taking to the two famous stages. In January, audiences can look forward to the return of the legendary Drifters and the wit and warmth of Sue Perkins in her brand-new show, The Eternal Shame of Sue Perkins.

Step into a festive wonderland as Strictly Come Dancing’s very own Anton Du Beke lights up Christmas with Christmas with Anton Du Beke. The Ballroom King and Strictly judge is joined by his vibrant live band, the extraordinary vocalist Lance Ellington, and a troupe of sensational dancers for an unforgettable evening of music, dance, and laughter at Symphony Hall (11 December).

This winter, we're bringing the comedy big guns to Town Hall. Enjoy an evening of stand-up with stars including Kevin Bloody Wilson (9 November), George Wilson: The Best Thing You’ll Ever Do (15 November), Urzila Carlson: You Don’t Say (19 & 23 November), and Jen Brister: Reactive (22 November) for the ultimate feel-good night out.
And for one night only, experience five comedians for the price of one at Live at Christmas (10 December), a spectacular all-star festive show. Headlining is Taskmaster champion Sam Campbell, joined by BAFTA nominee Lucy Beaumont, Plebs and Friday Night Dinner star Tom Rosenthal, rising star Sharon Wanjohi, and Edinburgh Comedy Award winner Amy Gledhill hosting the evening.

Experience an unforgettable season at Town Hall and Symphony Hall. Join Jools Hollandand His Rhythm & Blues Orchestra as they perform songs spanning his illustrious career (29–30 November). With a catalogue of timeless classics, fans are sure to be on their feet. The show also features the sensational ‘Queen of Boogie Woogie’ Ruby Turner, alongside powerhouse vocals from Louise Marshall, Imelda May, and Sumudu Jayatilaka.
Don’t miss one of the most anticipated concerts in recent years: Sir Simon Rattle returns home to Symphony Hall with his new orchestra for just one of three UK tour dates (11 November). It’s been twenty years since the world-renowned Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra last visited Birmingham, and Rattle’s leadership since 2023 has been described as “blowing fresh air under the wings of all of us.”
GRAMMY winner Maren Morris takes to the Symphony Hall stage (7 November), redefining country and pop with her powerhouse vocals, genre-blending hits, and billions of streams. Known for chart-topping songs like The Middle, GIRL, and Humble Quest, she is a fearless, boundary-breaking artist and celebrated collaborator.
And BBC Radio 3’s Friday Night is Music Night presents a special celebration of the 50th anniversary of Queen’s iconic album A Night at the Opera, which introduced the world to ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’. This unmissable concert explores the connections between classical music, opera, and rock, featuring the BBC Concert Orchestra, Principal Guest Conductor Edwin Outwater, and top vocalists from across the musical spectrum for a night of legendary anthems (21 November).

Head to Town Hall and Symphony Hall this winter for unmissable family-friendly events. From 27–30 December, the UK’s original and favourite family science show Brainiac Live! bursts onto the stage — more mischievous than ever. Expect an action-packed adventure through the weird and wonderful world of science, as the fearless Brainiacs perform mind-blowing experiments you’d never dare to try at home.
Or join us for a cracking festive treat as Wallace & Gromit: The Wrong Trousers is shown on the big screen, accompanied by a live brass band (29 November). The world-renowned Cory Band brings this animated classic to life, while also playing a heartwarming soundtrack featuring music from other family favourites including Frozen and The Lion King.

We're bringing some world-class speakers with plenty of stories to its stages. Anton Lesser, one of our finest actors, lights up winter with his dazzling performance of Charles Dickens’s immortal story, A Christmas Carol (15 December). Anton (Wolf Hall, Endeavour, Game of Thrones) has read all of Dickens for Audible, and brings his characters to brilliant life, in the place Dickens first performed his ‘ghostly little story’. Performing with the Orchestra of the Swan, the words and well-loved music combine to illuminate A Christmas Carol, heightening the suspense and emotion in a way Dickens himself would have thoroughly approved. Or join Susie Dent at Town Hall for a brand-new show Word Perfect, celebrating the joys of the English language with Britain’s best-loved wordsmith (16 December). Following on from her hit show ‘The Secret Life of Words’, Susie is back with a brand-new collection of facts and stories from the wonderful world of words.
