CBSO have applied a cap to the number of tickets available for each concert (details below). To give yourself the best chance of being allocated £1 tickets please read through the FAQs and Terms and Conditions before the offer goes live on Tuesday 29 July.

FAQs

Prior to booking

In order to book your £1 tickets you will need to have an account with B:Music. You can create an account here

Make sure you have added your address. You can check your address here

You will need a promotional code to redeem online, available at any of the CBSO in the City events. Find out all the details here

Booking

Please add tickets to your basket as normal. You will be prompted to add the promo code during the checkout process. If the discount is not added then the cap has been reached for this event. Please try again for another concert.

Tickets must be booked online. Only Access tickets can be booked via the phone.

Access booking

£1 Ticket Offer, Terms & Conditions

  • Customers with a West Midlands postcode ('B', 'CV', 'DY', 'HR', 'TF', 'ST', 'WR', 'WS' and 'WV' postcode areas) can book up to two £1 tickets for one concert in the CBSO’s 2025-26 season*
  • This offer is limited to two tickets, per customer
  • Tickets cannot be purchased on behalf of another person. Customers will be required to create an account with B:Music when purchasing tickets
  • This offer only applies to tickets in the stalls for performances at Symphony Hall and Town Hall
  • £1 tickets will be capped at 50 per concert for Symphony Hall and Town Hall
  • Tickets must be purchased online only at bmusic.co.uk or cbso.co.uk on Tuesday 29 July 2025, between 10.00am and 8.00pm. Purchases in the basket must be completed by 8.00pm.
  • Tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless a performance is cancelled or rescheduled
  • This offer is subject to availability
  • This offer cannot be applied to tickets which have been already booked

  • This offer is subject to postcode eligibility
  • Any breach to the T&Cs will result in bookings being cancelled
  • Refunds (or partial refunds) will not be offered for any incorrect usage of the offer or promo code resulting in customers paying full price.
