All children (5 years old and above) must have their own ticket and be seated with an accompanying adult that is not graduating.

Please note, children under 5 are not permitted into the ceremony.

Child policy

Please note we do not accept children under the age of five into the ceremonies. Children five and above are welcome to attend the ceremony, but the university would advise that ceremonies traditionally last approximately 1.5-2 hours and, in our experience, this may not always be a suitable event for small children who may become restless during proceedings.

Entering the student ID number as booking reference

We ask that the student ID number is entered at the point of booking to easily identify the orders. Any bookings made without the student number or using any different number will be automatically cancelled and a new booking will need to be made (subject to availability).
