Birmingham songstress Relley C took an interest in music from the early age of 6, she had always been influenced by 90s RnB and Hip hop queens such as Aaliyah, TLC and Lauryn Hill and she’d sing to anyone who’d listen!

By 12 Relley was performing at school talent shows, plays and accompanying her dad to his studio sessions on the weekends learning how to write and record whilst picking up techniques that she would later use to develop herself as an artist. At 18, Relley knew she wanted a serious career in music when she dropped out of college to study at Access To Music Birmingham. This decision brought her many opportunities including performing an original song at the Royal Albert Hall to 10,000 people alongside two fellow students Dewayne and Lady Leshurr. That same year Relley won the ATM ‘Best Vocal Artist’ Award for outstanding personal development, motivation and self management.

Fast forward to 2013 where the singer entered The Xfactor UK. She went from a 9-5 job as a housemaid to flying to the judges houses in Antigua, singing in front of one of her musical influences Mary J. Blige Relley returned to the show again in 2016, determined to reach a stage further in the competition making it the live shows and entertaining millions.

And here we are in 2021 and the beaming Brummy has a brand new single titled ‘PLT’ that is out right now! The song embodies a sweet, catchy summer vibe that`s real, relatable and created to uplift and empower on any given day!
